Today is Sandy's birthday. Sandy is married to my oldest son and they are the parents of two of my grandchildren. I met Sandy in 2007 when my son brought her to meet me at my Florida home. I could see in my son's eyes that he thought she was very special. Sandy had the opportunity to meet my dad while she was there and he engaged her in conversation as my dad could easily do. Did I mention that Dad was a minister for over forty years? And, guess what. After Jason and Sandy left Florida, my dad looked at me and said "She's the one!". He gave his blessing. And, now I am blessed to have her as my daughter-in-law. Happy Birthday, Sandy!! below: this is me hoping that there will be a birthday cake.
